Extrusion Process

Extrusion part is the use of an extrusion tool (shape as the part profile) to extrude the part in a long bar and cut/machining them off as what drawing specified. Aluminum and copper material can be extruded for thermal management applications. For extrusion parts, the minimum fin thickness can be 0.8mm for AL and 1.0mm for Copper.
